Terms & Conditions

1. Booking Confirmation:
– Booking confirmation is subject to availability and is considered confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
– Confirmation will be sent via email or SMS upon successful booking.

2. Cancellation Policy:
– Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled safari will receive a full refund.
– Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled safari are non-refundable.
– No-shows will not be refunded.
– In case of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions or other safety concerns, alternative arrangements will be made or a full refund will be provided.

3. Participant Requirements:
– Participants must be in good health and free from any medical conditions that may be aggravated by the safari experience.
– Pregnant women, individuals with heart conditions, back problems, or any other serious medical conditions are advised to consult their physician before booking.
– Participants must adhere to the instructions provided by the safari guide and must not engage in any behavior that may compromise their safety or the safety of others.

4. Age Restrictions:
– Participants must be at least 3 years old to join the safari.
– Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the safari.

5. Liability Waiver:
– Participants understand and acknowledge the inherent risks associated with desert safari activities, including but not limited to dune bashing, camel riding, and sandboarding.
– Participants voluntarily assume all risks and waive any claims against the safari operator for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the safari.

6. Safari Duration and Itinerary:
– The duration and itinerary of the safari may vary depending on factors such as weather conditions, traffic, and group preferences.
– The safari operator reserves the right to modify the itinerary or cancel certain activities if deemed necessary for safety reasons.

7. Photography and Videography:
– Participants consent to the use of their likeness in any photographs or videos taken during the safari for promotional purposes by the safari operator.

8. Alcohol and Drug Policy:
– Consumption of alcohol and illegal drugs is strictly prohibited during the safari.
– Participants found to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to participate and will not be refunded.

9. Environmental Conservation:
– Participants are expected to respect the natural environment and refrain from littering or causing any damage to the desert ecosystem.
– Collecting or disturbing wildlife is strictly prohibited.

10. Governing Law:
– These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
– Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

By booking a desert safari experience with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
